MAG machines GmbH is now a member of the K industries – Group
The K industries Group has acquired the majority shares of MAG Machines GmbH as of March 27, 2025.
MAG Machines is now, from this day onwards, a valuable member of the K industries - Group.
Mr. DI Andreas Kremshofer will continue as shareholder and remain active as Managing Director. Mr. Gerald Pascher will continue his role as partner and consultant. As a second Managing Director, Mr. DI(FH) Philipp Kreuzer will join the company from the K industries Group.
